• Download the form. Fill it with black/blue ball pen.
• Attach a recently taken passport sized color photograph.
• Eligibility criteria: PG ( MD/DNB) or PG diploma in Psychiatry . PG diploma candidates must have worked in a PG centre/institution for one year and submitted a dissertation. Age not exceeding 45 years at time of admission.
• Application fee is Rs 1000( non refundable) . Draw a DD in favor of INDLAS VIMHANS HOSPITALS payable at Vijayawada.
• Attach copies of pg degree/provisional pass certificate, Medical council registration certificate , PG marks memo , work experience certificate/ research experience( if available) in child psychiatry and DD original.
• Incomplete application forms are not eligible for the interview. The form and documents have to be mailed to vimhans@gmail.com and hard copies are to be couriered to: The Director, INDLAS VIMHANS HOSPITALS, 29-07-32, Vishnuvardhanrao Street, Vijayawada 520002, Andhra Pradesh.
• Physical Interview at our institute in Vijayawada will be tentatively in 1st week of July. Interview dates will be intimated to all the eligible candidates personally.
• No TA/DA will be paid to the candidates attending for the interview.
• Relieving order/ NOC from the previous employer should be produced at the time of joining the course.
• The course is for one year at Vijayawada, Andhra Pradesh.
• There is an exit exam at the end of the course which is conducted by Dr.NTR health university.
• The course is recognised by Dr.NTR Unviersity of Health Sciences.
• TThe course fees are 90000/- to the institute ( to be paid to institute directly through DD) and 36000/- plus GST to be paid to University. The fees to be paid at time of joining the course . Fees are not refundable.
• The monthly stipend is 45000/- per month.
• Accommodation is as per availability at time of joining.
• Candidates are barred from any kind of practice during the course.
• Once candidate joins, they can not leave the course till completion of academic year.
• Selection of the candidate is purely merit based and decision of the selection committee is final.
• Last date for receiving hard copies of form and documents is 20th June 2022.
